Stands are 3D printed in PLA after you order. Colors can vary slightly between batches and from what you see on screen. Instruments, cables and covers shown in photos are not included unless the product name says so.

Brand and product names belong to their owners and are used only to say which instrument a stand fits. PINE3D is not affiliated with these companies.

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. If a price or product is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders usually ship in about 2 business days; delivery time after that depends on the carrier. If we can't ship within that time, we will email you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. Email [email protected] first and we will tell you how to send it back. Refunds go to the original payment method once the item arrives. If an item arrives damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery.

As long as PINE is open, we support every stand we have sold and replace any stand that is defective. Email [email protected] with a photo of the problem.

Use a stand with the instrument it is made for, on a flat, stable surface. PLA softens with heat: keep stands out of hot cars and direct sun. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a product is limited to the price you paid for it.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of California.
